Fantastic job looking into this. This is actually my point exactly. This may not be 100,000,000x better in a practical sense. It is maybe 60x better but because they are doing math with something that is a zero (or close too it) they get to report an insane increase in effectiveness. It's actually a great tell for what is often garbage analysis when you have this level of a multiple.
