What would you consider there a good point?

  > Managers become ghosts and do not work with developers or really do much of anything This is probably the only good point of the article :-) Managers aren't a part of the scrum framework; so if scrum is running smoothly, managers gradually disappear from the scene. I'd say it's a feature.
