This is kind of a political question, and another thread got touchy about politics. But with Manafort’s pardon, we might not see Deutsch Bank’s full culpability in failing to kyc. So, if Manafort’s pardon was inevitable, then would you consider the big players in laundering to be sufficiently protected by a political movement/coup inside a major party?
