Every insurance company is allowing tele-health therapy right now. I believe in order to provide therapy, the therapist must be credentialed in the state the employee lives in. I believe you can check psychology.com to find out what insurance is taken by therapists in each state. Tele-therapy seems to be working well and I hear that at least some insurance companies are working to provide therapy in house (like the Kaiser Permanente model for doctors).
