Sounds like some old pal who misses old "good" American movies with "good" old American jokes. If you're serious about movies, try learning other languages and do not expect to find a good movie to watch every 5 days ... I agree that American humor isn't the same as 10 years ago, but I am not sure that's a bad thing.
