A claim on a combination of elements in which one element is an iterative component is not the same as claim on all iterative components everywhere.
- dahart 5y agoTrue, correct. I didn’t intend for my comment to be interpreted as suggesting that a claim in a patent is the same thing as a whole patent, I was just pointing out a fun fact.
