How exclusive are those resources ? Like, the 8k icons are all unique ? Or is it just recycled open source work being sold ?

  Exclusive? May be useful for a starting point for someone. But not exclusive. On a first look, layouts and overall design feel is generic.

Where do all these templates come from, did you buy them? Scrape them? Design them yourself?

This page is almost entirely blank for me. Latest Safari, various content blockers. Maybe render HTML on the server side and send it to the browser so that you know your users will actually see the site.
