This is extremely good content, thanks for the link. Just the first few pages are enough to convince me that Robinhood is a very poorly run organisation. As a financial technologist with a couple of decades' experience, basic things such as only having a 'physical inaccessibility' BCP plan is appalling. I wouldn't touch this company with a penny of my money, whether as a customer or an investor.
