Two Column Hacker News?
Is there any chance of a 2 column form of HN? I have lots of screen space and HN isn't using most of it.
What do you want in the second column?
Perhaps we can have the original page of links, but in smaller font size on the second column (window size permitting)?
Instead of a single column with ~25 links there is enough screen space for 2 columns of links, thus ~50 per page.
It could be new2.ycombinator.com
Hn.premii.com used to be a nice two column implementation but now it can never load article content.
Why don't you write it, and people can use it if they want.
