OP could be referring to the overwhelming impact of Trump on Twitter and his penchant toward bullying and violence. I don't log into Twitter. I don't "surround myself" with any accounts. Yet, the platform is inescapably branded by their inability to police their own content and I could not avoid if even when I tried.
