It will certainly be an interesting future. One thing that's somewhat mind boggling to me is the complaint that BIPOC staff were assigned BIPOC related campaigns. One can imagine the reverse scenario as equally as problematic. Indeed one can imagine a scenario where assignment to BIPOC related campaigns were done at random as equally as problematic. One thing the union does say, is that BIPOC staff / union members should have a say in what the scenario should be when dealing with these campaigns. Maybe this will remove the problems and clear up any mind boggling... From the point of view of the management it's a situation they cannot win whatever they do, unless the give up some power to the union.
