Laying down, a new movement in China
- MarkusWandel 5y agoThat song at the end is actually really good (musically speaking - don't understand Chinese). But ideologically incorrect, therefore banned. What a grand social experiment they're running. Conformism at any cost, only the centrally planned narrative is allowed. Will this go differently than that other failed experiment that also had a "Communist" label on it? Probably not. But there's so much economic inertia there, most of us probably won't live long enough to see the outcome.
- rektide 5y agosounds more like an anti-movement. ;) I wonder what headlines like this read like in other languages. I wonder what other words might work in English too!
