Though this calculation may unfairly presume all things are equal (i.e., damage caused by a tree is not included) and less desirable trees that hurt value got removed by the seller. But for the purposes of this topic where we're talking about planting trees, issues with planting the wrong kind of tree or in the wrong spot on the property don't apply.
