The practical utility will outweigh the legal concerns. Engineers using this are going to be more productive and this is a competitive advantage that companies won't eschew.
- voakbasda 5y agoIf the legal concerns are well-known, then what you are describing might be viewed as criminal negligence (at worst) and or insufficient duty of care (at best). Such engineers should be held fully responsible and accountable for their actions.
