- jessaustin 5y agoThose rape accusations have soured me on "official" rape narratives. As in, I believe women, but I don't believe anyone speaking on behalf of women. When I heard about Matt Gaetz's thing, my first question was "what did he do recently to piss off the war pigs?"
- shapefrog 5y agoTbh he and his ego (and probably mental problems) did it to himself. He hid out in the UK to aviod questioning in sweden because they were going to ship him off to america. This would be a legitimate concern if the UK were not the worlds most agressive at shipping people off to the US to 'face justice'. He was actually at far greater danger in the UK, which he had to know because he leaked the UK role in the extrodinary rendition programme, than pretty much anywhere else in the world.
