IMO the headline should say, "Years of corporate bailouts, military bloat and tax cuts have devastated the US's ability to maintain even the most basic of infrastructure"
- ashtonkem 5y agoPlus really bad assumptions about how long reinforced concrete lasts, despite clear evidence that it is actually a short lived substance.
