- MR4D 5y agoMore people with outdated technology won’t fix it. Key statements below. Note that any change in reporting. Requires updated technology as well. So if they want to make a real improvement, it cannot happen without a big update to their technology. More humans cannot fix the problem, and they cannot handle more information sources without improved technology. How that is inaccurate is beyond me.
