Isn't there an misspelling in the official country name in this article? They copied from Guardian, I suppose, since they provide the reference link and Guardian has it wrong too. Or at least it seems wrong to me. Quoting the article: > Қазақстан Республикасы, will henceforth be rendered Qazaqstan Respy’blikasy. But cyrilic "у" suppose to be latin "u".
