I have used Migadu in the past and I had absolutely no complaints. Everything worked as advertised and I had no delivery issues. I chose them for their pricing model: they charge not per mailbox or domain, but rather per total number of emails in/out and storage. While this probably makes them less money, it always seemed like an honest and fair approach to billing.
