You talk about math like it’s poetry … can it really be that artistic of a practice? I suppose that’s how I view writing software.. What is an example of dimensionless numbers?

- wyager 5y agoI would put dimensionality more in the purview of physics than pure math, and at that point it might be more reverse engineering than poetry. Fine structure constant, quantum phase, angles, e, pi are all dimensionless.
