If unit calculations can reduce e.g. m^3/m -> m^2, why shouldn’t it reduce U^2 -> U ?
- CyberRabbi 5y agoYou can simplify but it’s still unclear if the U^2 term you derived was supposed to be U^1 (before the simplification, I.e. you did an extra multiplication). It just makes bare type checking slightly more ambiguous.
