I'm looking for an internship (4-6 months), eager to work in an entry-level backend engineering position (also interested in DevOps). I'm interested in working with experienced engineers at scale and learn tech that I wouldn't normally be exposed to in small side projects. I'll be graduating in May 2022.
I have experience working with Go at CERN as a part of Google Summer of Code, where I built a CLI tool to automate the conversion of large dumps of JSON instructions to a standardized YAML format[1].
I also occasionally contribute to OSS projects that catch my eye (notably Rust-for-linux, vhost-user-backend), and I'm currently building an API in Go using gin + gorm to satisfy my curiosity.
