Both from my personal experiences as well as what we see in their other behaviors (Tweeting support for LGBTQ+ yet donating over 1mil to anti LGBTQ+ politicians since 2019, Absolutely kafkaesque fraud department policies, continuing the union-busting and liability-dodging layered contractor system...) one can draw their own conclusions as to whether it's PR fluff or not. This is also on the heels of the Teamsters announcing their intent to try and unionize Amazon. It smells reactionary to me.
