  >Putting bullshit-bingo "principles" up on a website is easy. Have you worked at Amazon? They reference these constantly in meetings, structure performance reviews around them, there's a lot of edifice built around them. So adding new ones is a pretty big deal internally.

  At least having the principles published invites internal and external stakeholders to hold Amazon accountable to them.
