"Leaders start with the customer and work backwards." So customers first, workers last?
- jhawk28 5y agoIf you don't have a customer, can you have any workers? If you treat your workers poorly, will your customers be treated well? Just because one is the emphasis doesn't mean the other is not important either.
- WaitWaitWha 5y agoAmazon uses "leaders" when talking about self, for all "workers". Internally, others are often considered "customers".
