While I certainly agree fission is great, I think fusion is a great thing to work on if you are concerned about climate change. Specifically, it's the type of thing that would likely enable cheap carbon removal.
- NortySpock 5y agoHow is a complicated fusion reactor going to be cheaper than solar panels, wind turbines, and batteries? I think fusion reactors are only going to make sense farther out in the solar system, like Mars, Ceres, and beyond.
