It depends on what your goal is. It's not going to display properly on a Linux terminal, but it will succeed to "[...] always dump a sequence of UTF-16, Native-Endian, bytes out to your stdout".
- theamk 5y agoI think it fails even at that... because that UTF-16 is followed by default (8 bit char) std::endl, which is definitely not a valid UTF-16.
