No, they didn't. I think they should have though. I went from working basically 6 to 6 to 8:30 to 5. It was pretty obvious. Someone wrote on my employee review that they could tell I wasn't passionate about my job and it shows sometime, but I think that was post discussion with my boss and he would have probably been notified as he was in HR.
