I think WFH will be a way for non-FAANGs to make their offers more competitive.
- jleyank 5y agoGiven that many people do not want to move to (insert non-cool city), or even move at all, WFH greatly improves the hiring chances of companies located there. There are tax and probably legal implications of remote work, but less immigrations issues, etc.
