- mpeg 5y agoThey've likely been using them since before they were acquired by Neustar, and therefore they probably have the on-premise edition, while new customers would be pushed towards the cloud version. It happens very often with enterprise software.

- mpeg 5y agoYou are right, I hadn't looked too much into it. It seems like this mishandling of urls ending in . happens to lots of other UltraDNS customers ge.com. art.com. iata.org.
