Lytton is basically a deep canyon with steep hillsides, it's usually the hottest spot in all of British Columbia.

  I was wondering about that. It seems odd that it managed to be warmer by at least a few degrees than all of Washington and Oregon.

  I live in the Fraser Valley near Vancouver and it got up to 45C yesterday. It was an extreme heat, nothing like I've ever experienced.
