The Netherlands. You'd think that a country that has most of it's important urban areas literally below sea-level would be a little more concerned about the changes to our climate. But nah, most of us still ignore it. A Dutch expression [1] is "Na mij de zondvloed". It roughly translates to "The (biblical) flooding will come after I'm dead". Unfortunately this is a common attitude here.
