As long as supply > demand then 1 programmer able to do job for 2 equals higher salary. Obviously supply shortage will end though, sooner or later.

- rantwasp 5y agoI don’t necessarily agree with you that if supply > demand and 1 programmer does the job of 2 this will lead to a higher salary. You can see this today in most places where you can walk on water, but you still need to be in your pay band.
