I loved the first edition! What's new in the second edition?
- jdlshore 5y agoThanks! And a lot. It’s basically a complete rewrite. Same practical “how to” focus, but with the benefit of 14 more years’ experience. A lot of material on organizational change, a new chapter on DevOps, material on remote teams, 12 new practices, including one on Incident Analysis I’m particularly proud of.
