The OP account that posted the link was nmwnmw. It was created on May 23, 2020. It has 2 submissions (both Neeva) and no comment history, at https://news.ycombinator.com/user?id=nmwnmw https://news.ycombinator.com/user?id=nmwnmw It seems likely you work for Neeva. You should address these points as a Neeva representative if so. I'd be totally stoked to engage in constructive discussion about this, because it is actually an incredibly important issue.
