- Rebelgecko 5y agoAm I understanding this article correctly? Whats to stop middle or upper-middle class people from relocating their 401ks to a South Dakotan trust? It sounds like you have all the same tax benefits, without losing any of the flexibility that you normally give up with retirement accounts. Plus you're not longer constrained by those pesky annual contribution limits
