...I feel like this is disingenuous. The publisher used a photo without seeking explicit permission. This has been becoming more and more common with photos found on the internet. Comparing this to patent trolling just seems like a bad comparison. Comparing it to copyright trolling on youtube where fair use is often ignored also seems like a bad comparison. Other opinions?
