To me this article describes how to get on target. Once on target, I do think you go balls to the wall as long as it's sustainable while getting good results. On a side note, I really dislike this style of writing where it tries to be psuedo technical and even uses psuedo technical terms. I realize this isn't necessarily Paul's shortcoming, but rather my own subjective preferences.
