When I walk into Subway they have a camera pointed at the till.
Most states are "at will" and as such workers rights are at a minimum.
This is a natural consequence of low worker protection.
- NoOneNew 5y agoYea, that's at the till. I mean, come on, wtf would you do if it's your place? Every restaurant and store have cameras pointed at their tills. People still swipe from the register and blame it on other coworkers even though they know theres a camera. That's really not a strong situation to claim "low worker protection". This complaint is more, "Man, why the hell do they make it hard for me to steal money? It should be illegal to stop me from stealing!"
