My startup experience has been much better, but that’s because I was the cofounder and we’ve bootstrapped learning the lessons we need to learn to evolve vs what we think will make us blow up, people only think of the good blowing up, not the 9/10 startups who blow up and never recover. I wonder how many startups that bootstrapped the author worked for and why they didn’t want to start a startup, that’s the only reason why I would join one because I’d like to be an executive/cofounder myself.
