I used to play a game of trying to guess the gripe or dispute unfolding based on the article, but was always surprised when I reached the footer at the level of idiocy. I generally suspected that a good deal of it was agitators associated with the two major parties, acting as random people and trying to start/steer conversation to maintain talking points. Either way, I've never seen a single comment or discussion worth reading at all on something like Adelaide Now/The Advertiser. Quite the achievement.
