What's cynical about that? That sounds great. To me its no different than having a development goal to coincide with a trade show or any other festival. I would be open to celebrating it, its not like the CCP is going away just because it doesn't match the ideology I was raised with, or that I'm predominantly exposed to a small number of things I disagree with and little of the majority of other things it does which are completely benign or favorable. Sounds like it will be an awesome party.
