That's the part I was hoping to get some actual clarification and precision on. When discussing machine learning, bias is a term that has a quantifiable definition in it's different contexts....boring doesn't. It's just FUD to snipe this kind of work with some kind of 'bias' fear without any additional evidence or thought.
