Not to be a party pooper, but that’s part of their threat model. They expect some % of users to mislabel, intentionally or not.
To really cause problems, you would have to incentivize a large number of other web users to also mislabel the same images.
- tsimionescu 5y agoI'm under no false impressions - these dark patterns are used because they work. I still don't think it's good, I don't feel compelled to cooperate, and I certainly don't think we should consider that this is an acceptable way to conduct this type of work/research.
