- ben_w 5y agoLong term average weather. But yes, IIRC, climate change is causing more extreme variability, and that variability itself is a problem. Though I do disagree with @airhead969, as the literally exponential growth of PV by itself looks to me to be enough to make us net zero in a decade or two (probably two, given exponentials are often sigmoids in disguise).
- Retric 5y agoClimate isn’t the average weather it’s the expected weather. X hurricanes every Y years for example doesn’t change the average significantly, but their a major climate concern in areas at risk from them.
