I doubt you'll be able to know the differences in energy usage between the large teleconferencing platforms without a lot of internal knowledge of how the platforms work, how the networking protocols work, what hardware they use, etc. However some of these companies publicly communicate that they're using only renewable energy sources -- if that's the case, the whole operation (except for the client side of course) is CO2 neutral.
