Personally, I hope this is one of the rare times when communist authorities tell the truth. Or hopefully Cuba 2020 has a different relation to the truth than Eastern Europe 1980. But count me skeptical until independent trials confirm the results. People that lived under a communist party regime learned the hard way that communist regimes engage routinely in fake data.
