I‘d like to mention that streaming large results is now trivial in the Java world as well, thanks to reactive spring (spring webflux). It even works with SQL thanks to r2dbc (reactive SQL driver API).
It‘s quite refreshing to develop with reactive spring.
- humbleMouse 5y agoDon’t mention reactive spring on hacker news, everyone here writes in GO and javascript. They’d rather re-invent the wheel every 5 minutes than use any out of the box java solution.
