Ask HN: Top Chicago (or Midwest) tech VC firms?

We're looking into Venture Capital, primarily in the Midwest and more specifically in Chicago. We've heard accolades about LightBank. Any other high-quality vc firms in the area that we should look into? We'd really prefer Chicago but Philadelphia could also work. Thanks!
