Do yourself a favor and install a third-party app: Apollo, RIF, Boost, Infinity whatever. A few are available on F-Droid. No ads or other bullshit, web links open in the app, which loads must faster than the website. As long as Reddit maintain their API and keep it free, I'll keep using Reddit. If they ever drop it, there's not much chance I will.
